Loong Jaymee

Jaymee is a consultant for Human Synergy since 2010. Previously Jaymee was a remuneration analyst in Hay Group where her expertise is in data management and analyzing remuneration information for published survey reports and ad-hoc analyses. Throughout her tenure in Hay Group, she has managed Australian markets with over 300 companies, including India and Vietnam markets with over 100 companies each. A few of the regional snapshot surveys and custom reports produced are the Global Spot Survey on the impact of Economic Uncertainty, Severance Pay Policy and Regional Benefits Report.

Prior to joining Hay Group, Jaymee assisted the MIS manager of Citibank in maintaining data integrity of the HRMS system as an intern. She was subsequently hired as a HR officer in Citibank where she managed the on-boarding of new hires (contract staff) conducting background checking and providing employee data analyses to managers of the various divisions in Citibank.

Jaymee completed her Bachelor of Science with honors in Psychology from Upper Iowa University and was a student tutor for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Abnormal Psychology and Human Motivation courses in HELP University College. She is a certified administrator for Wave professional psychometric assessment tool.

Throughout her 11 years in Human Synergy, she was involved, has project managed and led several initiatives ranging from strategy articulation, competency design to talent management and compensation review and social audit for SMEs, local listed companies, multinationals and government link agencies, covering a wide spectrum of industries from banking to manufacturing to F&B to pharmaceuticals, property development, education, ICT and oil and gas.
