Jonathan Ngan
Jon has a wealth of experience in leadership, people management, and organisational design having been part of a large non-profit organisation for 10 years — 4 of which he was part of the senior management.
During his tenure there, he brought about exponential growth (around 400%) to one of the departments under his watch through various strategic initiatives that included company branding, event management, learning and development programs, and designing an effective organisational structure.
He also revamped the staff appraisal system by developing a competency-based tool and led the team in charge of improving the workplace culture of the company. Jon also acted as a “change champion”, overseeing the merging and re-branding of two key departments within the organisation.
Since joining Human Synergy, Jon has been involved in 3 HR Transformation projects which include Strategy Articulation, Engagement Surveys, Organisation Design, Performance Management System, Job Grading & Salary Structure and Compensation + Benefits Review.
