CaroIeen Gan
Caroleen has been in the consulting industry for more than ten (10) years. Beginning as a Tax & Business Advisory Consultant with Andersen, she expanded her consulting career in Strategic Human Resource Management working with key global and leading management consulting firms Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt. The merger of both firms in 2010 resulted in the formation of Towers Watson.
As a Senior Consultant with Towers Watson, she managed projects and led teams to deliver on client engagements. She has been involved in a broad range of consulting assignments across diverse industries with clients, both in Malaysia and Singapore. Her consulting experience lies in the area ofimproving the effectiveness of human capital performance through the design of appropriate rewards and talent management programs.
Specifically, her experience revolves around rewards strategy and design, compensation and benefits solutions through job evaluation, grading and salary structure design and benefits review, talent identification and management, performance management, competency development, leadership assessments and succession management.
Trained as a Certified Practicing Accountant with the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, Caroleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance from Monash University (Clayton), Melbourne, Australia. She is also accredited as a certified user and administrator of psychometric tools with SHL Singapore and Wave Saville Consulting Asia Pacific.
She is currently the Principal Consultant for Human Synergy.
